BLM has scheduled four public meetings for the public to review and comment of the Draft RMP/EIS at the times and locations shown below.

Meetings will be an open house format running from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a formal presentation at 4:00 p.m. and repeated at 6:00 p.m.

The BLM will announce any additional public participation activities at least 15 days in advance through public notices, media releases, and this web site. BLM managers and resource specialists will be available at the meetings to answer questions and comments can also be submitted at that time.

The BLM planning process officially started with the publication of the Notice of Intent (NOI) in the Federal Register on November 14, 2008. The NOI announced BLM's intent to revise the Buffalo Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and initiated the public scoping period.

Public comments may be submitted by any of the following methods:

• This web site:  'Documents & Reports'
• Email:  BRMP_Rev_WYMail@blm.gov;
• Fax:  (307) 684-1122;
• Mail:  Thomas Bills, Buffalo RMP, BLM Buffalo Field Office, 1425 Fort Street, Buffalo,  WY 82834; or
• By personal delivery to the Buffalo Field Office or at a BLM-hosted public meeting.

To be added to the project mailing list, send an email to BRMP_Rev_WYMail@blm.gov with "Mailing List" in the subject field.

Public open house meetings will be conducted at various times throughout the planning process and will be announced on this website and through press release.
