I N F O R M A T I O N   N O T I C E

The following Controlled Surface Use (CSU) stipulation has been deleted from parcel WY-1105-014 which is posted to the May 3, 2011, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale: CSU (1) Surface occupancy or use will be restricted or prohibited unless the operator and surface managing agency arrive at an acceptable plan for mitigation of anticipated impacts; (2) as mapped on the Kemmerer Field Office GIS database; (3) protecting Class I and/or Class II Visual Resource Management Areas. The following CSU stipulation affecting parcel WY-1105-014 has been revised. The revision is underlined below: CSU (1) Surface occupancy or use within 10,000 feet of the Evanston-Uinta County Airport (Burns Field) runway(s) will be restricted or prohibited in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulation Part 77 (Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace), unless the operator and the surface managing agency in coordination with FAA arrive at an acceptable plan for mitigation of anticipated impacts; (2) entire lease; (3) protecting air traffic and human safety.
