I N F O R M A T I O N N O T I C E | The following information applies to parcels WY-0912-056 and WY-0912-057 which are posted to the December 1, 2009, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
Parcels WY-0912-056 and WY-0912-057 were advertised as being within the South Bluewater Unit. It has recently come to our attention that these parcels are no longer within the unit. Therefore, unit joinder prior to lease issuance for these parcels is not required.
