It has come to our attention that the date to pay the balance of your bonus bid on page iv of the October 2, 2009, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale states October 16, 2009. This date is incorrect. If your bonus bid was more than $2 per acre or fraction of an acre and you didn’t pay the full amount on the day of the sale, you must pay the balance of your bonus bid by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2009, which is the 10th working day following the sale.
