The following information applies to parcel WY-0902-096 on the February 3, 2009, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale.

Parcel WY-0902-096 - Section 1, S2SE, is deleted from this parcel. The Federal Government did not reserve the oil and gas estate at the time the land was patented. Also, the E2SWSE of Section 11 should read E2SW, SE of Section 11. The land in parcel WY-0902-096 that will be offered at the February 3, 2009, oral auction is:
