The following information applies to parcels WY-0808-157, WY-0808-158, and WY-0808-159 on the August 5, 2008, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale. The Rubicon Unit, approved June 30, 2008, includes all the land described in parcels WY-0808-157 and WY-0808-159. Before issuance of a lease for the land in these parcels may take place, the prospective lessee may be required to join the unit (see regulation 43 CFR 3101.3-1). The Rubicon Unit affects parcel WY-0808-158 in part. Per regulation 43 CFR 3101.3-2, a lease offer for land partly within and partly outside the boundary of a unit must be segregated into separate leases; one for the land committed to the unit, and one for the land not committed to the unit. Before issuance of a lease for the land within the unit, the prospective lessee may be required to join the unit. Therefore, at the time of lease issuance, the land described in parcel WY-0808-158 will be segregated into separate leases as follows: WY-0808-158           Land within the unit boundary:                     T. 13 N., R. 106 W., 06th PM, WY                          Sec. 26: ALL                          Sec. 27: ALL                          Sec. 35: Lot 1                      containing 1320.10 acres           Land outside the unit boundary:                      T. 13 N., R. 106 W., 06th PM, WY                          Sec. 35: Lot 2                      containing 7.05 acres
