6) WY-0712-086;
7) WY-0712-087;
8) WY-0712-088;
9) WY-0712-089;
10) WY-0712-090;
11) WY-0712-091;
12) WY-0712-092;

15) WY-0712-095;
16) WY-0712-096; and
17) WY-0712-097.

After taking into consideration the concerns stated in the various protests, the Wyoming State Director has elected to defer offering parcels WY-0712-082, WY-0712-083, WY-0712-084, WY-0712-085, WY-0712-086, WY-0712-087, WY-0712-088, WY-0712-089, WY-0712-090, WY-0712-091, WY-0712-094, WY-0712-095, and WY-0712-096 for lease at the oral auction. The four remaining protested parcels, WY-0712-081, WY-0712-092, WY-0712-093, and WY-0712-097, will be offered for lease pending our review of the merits of the protests. If, after evaluating the concerns raised in the protests this office determines they have merit, we may reject a lease offer made at the sale and refund all monies paid. Alternatively, if our evaluation finds the concerns raised in the protests are without merit, this office will dismiss the protests and issue leases for these parcels.

Please direct any questions you may have about the protests to Vickie Mistarka at (307) 775-6199.
