The following information applies to parcel WY-0706-164 which is posted to the June 5, 2007, Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale. The Hailstone Unit contracted effective November 17, 2006, and excluded all the lands described in the above-referenced parcel. Therefore, the prospective lessee will not be required to join the unit prior to lease issuance. |
