Site Features: collapsed underground workings with surface openings which are diverting stream flow, headcuts on public roads, coal slack piles, unstable structures, open shafts & adits, failed closures, trash, stained soils & a mine fire

Environmental Hazards: erosion, sedimentation & pollutant migration

Reclamation: sealed adits & shafts, installed bat grate, filled in headcut
