Site Features: 1 vertical opening, 1 portal, open adit, 3 spoil piles, 1 pit, historical debris/structures

Safety Hazards: vertical opening collar is unstable and sloughing; poses a hazard for falls and entrapment

Environmental Hazards: rill erosion along the collar of vertical opening no. 1; groundwater in the shaft may be impacted by surface runoff.

Proposed Reclamation: vertical shaft closure; PUF and stone bulkhead closure; pit closure

Estimated Costs: over $10,000 for construction alone; additional cost will include cultural/historic, bat survey, etc, reports and environmental analysis.
