Location: Fremont County Site Features: 1 vertical opening, 3 spoil piles, 2 pits Safety Hazards: open pits; vertical opening has standing water observed at 29 foot depth; hazard for falling and entrapment Environmental Hazards: potential for commingling surface water with the groundwater resulting in its degradation. Proposed Reclamation: vertical shaft closure; pit closure Estimated Costs: over $7000 for construction alone; additional cost will include cultural/historic, bat survey, etc, reports and environmental analysis
