Riata Ranch (806 Arena Lane)BLM will offer 20-25 halter-started yearlings that were gathered last November from the Salt Wells herd management area located in southwest Wyoming. All yearlings offered will have approximately 30-60 days of gentling, will have been trailered and had their feet handled.| Friday, April 29 - Viewing & Demonstrations |
- 10:00 am - 5:00 pm: Open for public viewing of yearlings offered
- BLM officials will be on hand to approve adoption applications and answer questions
- Wild horse gentling demonstrations will be given throughout the day by the trainers of the Wyoming Honor Farm and trainer Steve Mantle
- Visit with past BLM adopter, Kathi Wilson and her wild horse Snickers

| Saturday, April 30 - Adoption & "Get Acquainted" Clinic |
- 8:00 am: Gates open to the public for viewing and adoption application approval
- 9:30 am: Free demonstration by Kathi Wilson & Snickers
- 10:30 am: Adoption begins by verbal competitive bid process
- Must have approved application to obtain bidder card
- Stock type trailers with swing gates required to transport adopted horses - no straight load/2 horse trailers allowed
- 2:00- 4:00 pm: Free "get acquainted" clinic offered to all new adopters
- Work one-on-one with Steve Mantle and the trainers from the Wyoming Honor Farm

Driving Directions from Cheyenne: Heading east on I-80 take Exit 367 (Campstool Road). Go south (right) 7.5 miles to Arena Lane on the north side of Campstool (left side) - follow the signs to the indoor arena.
