The Wyoming Honor Farm will host a free clinic to demonstrate the gentling process and how to care for the horses. The clinic runs from 1-3:30 p.m. and is followed by a preview of the horses available for adoption. The clinic will feature demonstrations with Wild Horse Training Supervisor Jeff Martin focusing on catching a horse, advance and retreat, picking up feet, and beginning to ride.

The gates will open at 7:30 a.m. for previewing the horses. Coffee and rolls will be available during the preview. BLM and Honor Farm representatives will be available to answer questions regarding the BLM and Wyoming Honor Farm Wild Horse Program. The competitive bidding starts at 10:30 a.m. and will continue until all animals offered have been shown.
All horses to be offered will have been haltered, led, trailered, had their feet handled and have been through the "gentling program". The remaining un-adopted horses from this adoption will continue to be trained, and will be offered again in future adoptions at the Honor Farm, or available on a BLM national internet adoption event.
