This is the fifth annual 2014 Mustang Versatility Trail Ride Buckle Series which showcases Mustangs, but all horse breeds are welcome. It's a family day of fun, in partnership with the Green River Chamber of Commerce, and others.

  • All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • BLM officials will be on hand to approve adoption applications and 
    answer questions.

All adoptions will be held Fridays at the Rock Springs Wild Horse Holding 
Facility from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

All Versatility events will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

  • Horse of the Month - Awarded to the mustang horse/rider pair 
    who work best together.

  • Yearly buckles
Membership
  • Membership is not required to participate, but only members accumulate points toward year-end buckles and awards.
  • Non-members are eligible to receive daily prizes.
  • Daily entry fees are $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
  • Annual membership dues are $25 per family or $15 per individual.

In addition to the Bureau of Land Management, and the Green River Chamber of Commerce, the Trail Ride Buckle Series welcomes new co-sponsors this year; the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce, Southwestern Wool Warehouse, Stacked Heart Ranch in Farson, Wyo., QEP Resources, Inc. and Wamsutter Conoco.
