Cub Scouts Clean-up at Mosier GulchBy Allison Barnes, Outdoor Recreation Planner, Buffalo Field Office & Lesley Collins, Public Affairs Specialist, High Plains District Office Cub Scouts Pack 410 of Buffalo, Wyo. participated in a site clean-up at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Buffalo Field Office (BFO) Mosier Gulch Recreation Site. On Friday, June 4, several parents and 16 Scouts provided assistance in projects including repainting picnic tables, removing brush piles and downed trees resulting from a recent weather event, and installing a new entrance sign. The Mosier Gulch Recreation Area is a popular hiking area located 5 miles west of Buffalo, along US Highway 16, at the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains. |
