PAWG Plans May 6 Meeting


The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office will host the Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2010.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. in the Rendezvous Room at the Pinedale Field Office, 1625 West Pine Street, Pinedale, Wyo. The meeting will include presentations by the Cultural and Wildlife Task Groups and an update on water sampling.

The May 6 meeting was scheduled to replace the April 22 and May 27 PAWG meetings, which have been cancelled.

Future PAWG meetings in 2010 will be held in the Rendezvous Room at the Pinedale Field Office at 1 p.m. on the following dates: June 24, July 22, Aug. 26, Sept. 23, and Oct. 28. All PAWG meetings are open to the public.

The BLM's mission is to manage and conserve the public lands for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations under our mandate of multiple-use and sustained yield. In Fiscal Year 2013, the BLM generated $4.7 billion in receipts from public lands.
