October 7, 2008 Contact:      Martin Hudson     307-367-5315 Scab Creek Campground Early Closure The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office announced today that the Scab Creek campground will be closed on October 13 to accommodate construction activities. Construction will also affect the trailhead/pack stock staging area. The BLM asks hunters and backpackers to be safe and avoid the work areas. "It may be difficult to find truck and trailer parking during the construction phase, but every effort will be made to provide adequate parking," said Martin Hudson, BLM Outdoor Recreation Planner.
