Collins,      307-261-7603 Media Alert: NHTIC Will Close Early On Saturday for  Fifth Annual Celebrity Chef Cook Off The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will close the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC) this Saturday August 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. The Trails Center is closing early to allow the final set up for the NHTIC Foundation annual fundraiser. This is the NHTIC Foundation’s Fifth Annual Celebrity Chef Cook Off fundraiser. It will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The cost is $70 in advance and $75 at the door. There will be multiple chefs offering unique foods along with entertainment, and a silent and live auction. For more information people may contact the Foundation at 307-265-8030.
