April 21, 2008 Contact:      Monica Goepferd     307-347-5239 Nowater Creek Crossing Reopened Nowater Creek Crossing on Nowater Road (BLM 1404) is reopened following extensive reconstruction. Located approximately 8 miles south of Worland, Wyoming (T46N R 92W, Section 13) the crossing was closed March 4 to widen the road surface, apply reinforced concrete, improve upstream and downstream aprons, and install riprap. The result is a safer, heavy duty crossing designed to deter erosion. Nowater Road is heavily traveled by residents, recreators, and industrial vehicles. Nowater Creek Crossing was designed by the BLM Worland Civil Engineering staff, and constructed by EHC, LLC of Deaver, Wyo.
