Collins, 307-261-7603 Buffalo resident pleads guilty to vandalism at Mosier GulchThe Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Buffalo Field Office announced today that the Mosier Gulch vandalism case against a 22-year-old Buffalo man has been settled. David Brow plead guilty to vandalizing Mosier Gulch, a BLM picnic area west of Buffalo, this past August. He admitted to cutting sign posts and a picnic table for firewood. Judge J. John Sampson, with the State of Wyoming Circuit Court 4th Judicial District, sentenced the man to 5 days in jail, a $300 fine, a $125 restitution for the sign and table, and 60 hours of community service. -BLM- |
