Annual Planning Meeting The Annual Planning Meeting is a requirement of the Pinedale Anticline Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) Record of Decision (ROD). The annual meeting and its associated quarterly meetings are designed to facilitate communication between Pindale Anticline Project Area (PAPA) operators and the BLM regarding annual and 10-year forecasts for gas field development. This information enables the BLM and local government to anticipate and respond to the various effects of PAPA development. The meetings also provide a forum for adaptive management, further enabling effective cooperation on the Anticline. Schedule
