Annual Planning Meeting for Air, Water & Socioeconomics An Annual Planning Meeting (APM) is required by the 2008 Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement Record of Decision for the Pinedale Anticline Project Area (PAPA). To more fully address topics of community interest, the Pinedale Field Office has subdivided the original APM into three annual meetings: one focused on development, one on wildlife and one on air, water and socioeconomics.
