How to get there: From Alcova, go east 7.4 miles on Highway 220 and turn left on County Road 316. Travel for 4.2 miles to the turnoff on the right and continue to the campground.
Buffalo Creek Campground
Location: Natrona County
Nearest Town: Arminto
Facilities: Four camping sites, vault toilets, tables and fire rings.
Things to note:
- Partially accessible
- Non-fee area for day use
- Winter access is limited due to poor driving conditions and deep snow levels.
How to get there: From Arminto, take the South Bighorn/Red Wall Back Country Byway north for 13.5 miles to Bighorn Mountain Road. Turn left and go 9.5 miles north to the campground on the left.
Chalk Bluffs
Location: Natrona County
Nearest Town: Alcova
Facilities: Access road and parking area, vault toilet, eight overnight camping sites with tent pads, picnic tables, fire rings, RV parking, boat ramp and a parking area large enough for vehicles and drift boat trailers.

- Day use only
- Unattended vehicles and horse trailers may be parked overnight if visitors are in the backcountry
How to get there: From Alcova, go east 7.4 miles on Highway 220 and turn left onto County Road 316. Travel for 3.7 miles on County Road 316 to the turnoff on the right, then right to the area.
Golden Current Campground
Location: Natrona County
Nearest Town: Alcova
Facilities: Access road and parking area, vault toilet, four overnight tent camping sites, tent pads, delineated pedestrian trail, fire rings and picnic tables.
Recreation Opportunities: Picknicking, bank fishing and camping.

- Overnight use is restricted to tent camping only
How to get there: From Alcova, go east 7.4 miles on Highway 220 and turn left onto County Road 316. Travel for 2.7 miles on County Road 316 to the turnoff on the right, then right to the area.
Grave Springs Campground
Location: Natrona County
Nearest town: Arminto
Facilities: Ten camping sites with RV parking and tent pads, two camping sites for tents only with parking and tent pads, vault toilet, tables and fire rings.
Recreation Opportunities: Camping, hunting, picknicking, small stream fishing and wildlife viewing.
Things to note:

- ADA accessible
- Closures/Restrictions: Winter access is limited due to poor driving conditions and deep snow levels.
How to get there: From Arminto, take the South Bighorn/Red Wall Back Country Byway north for 13.5 miles ot Bighorn Mountain road. Turn left and go 12 miles north to the campground on the left.
Pete's Draw Location: Natrona County
Nearest Town: Alcova
Facilities: A day use and parking area, vault toilet, six overnight campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, shelters, tent pads, and RV parking, trash receptacle, and hardened pedestrian trail.
Recreation Opportunities: Camping, hiking, wildlife viewing, picknicking, fishing and boating.
Things to note:

- Non-fee area for day use
- Closures/Restrictions: Campsites are reserved for overnight use. No overnight parking is allowed in the day use area.
How to get there: From Alcova, go east .6 miles on Highway 220 to County Road 412 and turn right on County Road 412. Travel for two miles and take a right and continue for .1 miles to the camp.
