"I remember feeling uncomfortable for a couple of months, not understanding everything. All of the jargon was complicated, and it took a good three months or so until I felt like I really understood what was going on and could get involved. There are just certain assignments that come your way, and you really don't know quite how you're going to get it done. You just ask a lot of people, and you learn as you go. And that's what makes it challenging; that's what makes it interesting." -Andrew

"The answers aren't necessarily going to be laid out for you. You're going to have to do a little research, ask a lot of questions, and sometimes learn how to do it for yourself. And that's sometimtes the best approach."
-Tiya

"You never know what's going to happen next, and that's pretty exciting. You can be dealing with something different every few hours. And that, I think, keeps you intellectually sharp and excited about your job."  -Elena
