BLM employs computer programmers, systems analysts, telephone and data communications specialists, office automation specialists, and support staff. To be an information resources specialist: Recommended Courses: • Computer Science • Information Science • Information Systems Management • Math and Statistics • Operations Research • Engineering A college degree is helpful, but not mandatory.
