Registration Information

To Register for the National Land Use Planning Conference

To attend the BLM National Land Use Planning Conference in Portland, Oregon March 3-5, 2009, you must register through the DOI Learn website by close of business February 20, 2009.

Here's how to register:

• Go to the DOI Learn website (https://doilearn.doi.gov/).
• BLM employees: enter your username and password. Non-BLMers: select the Public Catalog Login, go to step 5.
• Select Course Catalog.
• Select Catalog.
• Enter Planning Conference in the search box.
• Select National Land Use Planning Conference.
• BLM employees: estimate your travel, per diem, and materials costs. Non-BLMers: Go to step 8.
• Select Who's Funding.
• Select Preview Schedule.
• On the next screen, you will see your list of courses, scroll down until you find the event you want to register for, and select Apply over on the right.
• Non-BLMers: Select Apply.
• On the next screen, fill in the identification information. Where it asks for your credit card info, select the drop-down menu and choose Not Required. If that doesn't work, enter bogus numbers for the credit card number.
• Select Submit Order.

To Register for National Land Use Planning Conference Short Courses

To attend any of the courses on Monday, March 2, or Friday, March 6, you must also register for each course by close of business February 20, 2009.

• Go to the DOI Learn website (https://doilearn.doi.gov/).
• BLM employees: enter your username and password. Non-BLMers: select the Public Catalog Login, go to step 5.
• Select Course Catalog.
• Select Catalog.
• Enter Planning Conference in the search box.
• Select National Land Use Planning Conference - Classes only.
• Scroll down to find the course you are interested in. Monday's classes are listed first, in alphabetical order; then Friday's classes, in alphabetical order.
• BLM employees: estimate your travel, per diem, and materials costs. Non-BLMers: Go to step 9.
• Select Who's Funding.
• Select Preview Schedule.
• On the next screen, you will see your list of courses, scroll down until you find the event you want to register for, and select Apply over on the right.
• Non-BLMers: Select Apply.
• On the next screen, fill in the identification information. Where it asks for your credit card info, select the drop-down menu and choose Not Required. If that doesn't work, enter bogus numbers for the credit card number.
• Select Submit Order.
