N = Not Coded due to complexity

Not used in LLD or GCDB

 

P = Survey acres not as shown on the plat

Used for Government Lots

 

R = Replaced by resurvey

 

S = Salt Water

Used with Survey Type W for salt water including the Great Salt Lake

 

X = Exception to standard survey

 

Survey Notes used exclusively by GCDB:

 

E = Exception to Survey Type rule

Used to allow a land description label to pass Topocheck when the survey type rule is not appropriate, due to a unique data condition.
