The Collaboration and Dispute Resolution Program has published this guide to provide BLM policy, suggested strategies, and best management practices for many of the collaborative and dispute resolution processes most often utilized in the BLM. This information was developed to help the Bureau, communities, and the public in considering, convening, and/or participating in these processes for natural resources projects, plans, and decisions, thereby improving relationships and saving time, budget dollars, and public resources.
