National Landscape Conservation System Summit, November 2010 

The Bureau of Land Management’s National Landscape Conservation System has celebrated its ten year anniversary in 2010. To conclude this anniversary on a forward-thinking note, BLM hosted a summit in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 15-18, 2010. The purpose of the Summit was to provide a forum to solicit, discuss and build upon ideas and suggestions identified during the past year. The purpose of the Summit was to develop recommendations for a blueprint for the NLCS' next ten years.
