| The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is an important participant in the Interagency Pass Program which was created by the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act and authorized by Congress in December 2004. Other participating agencies include the U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Reclamation and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The pass series is collectively known as the America the Beautiful – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass. Several types of national passes are available that allow access to BLM and other federal lands managed by the participating agencies. Annual Pass – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Senior Pass – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Access Pass – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Volunteer Pass – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Military Pass – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass
