The BLM uses new media tools to connect you with your public lands, with four goals in mind.

For more information about those goals and our national approach to new media, read the BLM External New Media Strategy below, also available for download at http://on.doi.gov/BLMNewMediaStrategy.

GOAL 1

The BLM will use new media to become a more transparent agency and deliver rich, meaningful content.

GOAL 2

The BLM will use new media to raise awareness of the BLM's mission and activities.

GOAL 3

The BLM will use new media to recruit and retain a diverse and talented workforce.

GOAL 4

The BLM will continue to be a leading Department of the Interior (DOI) agency in the use of external new media.
