Subject:            Cancellation of Bureau Form 9120-007
 
Program Area: Land Mobile Radio Communications
 
Purpose: To formally declare that the following Bureau of Land Management (BLM) form obsolete and no longer needed.
 
Policy/Action: Effective immediately BLM Form 9120-007 is cancelled. The form is no longer available through the Printed Materials Distribution Services (PMDS) or from the Internal Forms Web Page (Forms Central) at: http://web.blm.gov/blmforms/. All offices should destroy any remaining inventory of this form.
 
Time Frame: This Information Memorandum is effective upon receipt.
 
Background: This form was used for billing purposes and dates back to the use of radio telephone interconnects (RTIs) on the radio system to make telephone calls. The use of cellular phones and newer technology has made the radio telephone procedure, hence the associated form, out dated and therefore no longer needed.
 
Budget Impact: None.
