Program Area: Information Resources Management

Purpose: This Instruction Memorandum is pursuant to IM-2009-059, entitled “Request for National Inventory of Information Technology Contracts.” The purpose of this Instruction Memorandum (IM) is to establish a baseline of all Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Information Technology (IT) contracts for goods and services. The baseline will provide a defined inventory of IT contracts and update the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Exhibit 300 Part 1, Section C:  Acquisition/Contract Strategy (All Capital Assets).
