Subject:            Annual Re-Certification of State/Center Information Technology Investment Boards DD: 09/14/2007

 

Purpose: This Instruction Memorandum (IM) is to remind each State and Center Information Technology Investment Board (ITIB) that certification by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is required annually and must be completed by September 14, 2007.

 

Policy/Action: Each State and Center ITIB must post all meeting schedules, minutes, and decision documents on their respective intranet websites, or forward these documents to Melissa McNichols, Division of Program Management, WO-570D, as they become available. Compliance to this IM will ensure the threshold for IT investments remains at its current level for the respective ITIB. If this information is available on your intranet site, we will monitor those documents to ensure continued compliance.

 

Timeframe: Respond by September 14, 2007, to Melissa McNichols via e-mail, that the required documents are posted on your intranet site or attached with the e-mail. 

 

Budget Impact: None.

 

Manual/Handbook Affected: None.

 

Coordination: This document was coordinated within WO-500 and is in accordance with standard IT investment management procedures.
