Subject: Student Conservation Association (SCA) Template
This Information Bulletin (IB) transmits an established template for offices to use when issuing agreements to SCA. With the elimination of national agreements, each office is responsible for issuing individual agreements. The attached template was created to provide consistency for all agreements created between the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and SCA. In addition, each agreement may vary in the case where additional terms and conditions may apply, i.e., screening and background investigations when interns are allowed access to government facilities and/or information systems.
