Subject:        Director’s Interim Representative to Interagency Wild and Scenic Rivers Coordinating Council

 

This Information Bulletin identifies the interim point of contact for the Director related to the Interagency Wild and Scenic Rivers Coordinating Council (Council) while Gary G. Marsh is away from our National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS) Office on a 120 detail through February 6, 2006.

 

Lon Kelly, who currently serves as a field representative to the Council, will serve as the Director’s acting representative for Wild and Scenic River (WSR) issues from the date of this Bulletin to March 2006. Lon will coordinate with the NLCS Office, applicable Field and/or State Office WSR staffs as necessary on Council issues to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of the WSR Act.
