February 18 | Summary: 42 studs, 68 mares, and 3 foals; all are 4 to 5 on the Henneke Scale. Weanlings/yearlings: 31 Animals gathered: 144

Non-gather related animal deaths: 1
Cause: Three young foals were gathered (ages between 4 and 6 weeks), including a pinto. When the three mares and their respective foals were in a pen designated for mares and foals, one of the mares kicked the pinto foal causing massive head injuries. Unfortunately, the foal had to be euthanized due to its injuries. The public did not see the incident, but in the interest of transparency, they were advised of what happened. |

February 20 | Summary: Release to Onaqui Mtn HMA today: 46 mares and 52 studs. Total released to Onaqui Mtn HMA in two days: 57 mares and 63 studs. 120 total horses released back to the HMA. 34 animals shipped to Delta: 26 mares/fillys, 2 foals, 6 stallions (1 stud and 5 weanlings) They were confirmed received at Delta, and all are in good condition. Animals gathered: 0
