Notice of Availability of Preliminary Non-Binding Determination
Bald Knoll Road, Kane County, Utah

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Utah State Office has prepared a preliminary Non-Binding Determination (NBD), for its own land use planning and management purposes, for the Bald Knoll Road, Kane County, Utah.  The Bald Knoll Road is located approximately 20 miles north-northeast of Kanab, Utah.  The road is approximately nine miles long and connects to the Mill Creek Road on the east end and the Dead End Road on the west/south end.  The records of Kane County identify the Bald Knoll Road as Kane County Road No. K3935.

The preliminary NBD will be available for public review for thirty (30) days from publication of this notice.  Copies of the preliminary NBD and related information are available at the BLM Utah State Office, 200 South 440 West, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101; at the BLM Kanab Field Office, 318 North 100 East, Kanab, UT 84741; and via the BLM Utah internet site at:  http://www.blm.gov/ut/st/en.html
