Review Period Extended for Preliminary Non-Binding Determination on Bald Knoll Road—
BLM is extending the review period for the non-binding determination (NBD) for the Bald Knoll Road in Kane County by 15 days.  Based on review of information submitted by Kane County and information in BLM records, the BLM Utah State Office has made the preliminary determination that the Bald Knoll Road is a valid R.S. 2477 right-of-way.  Initially, the preliminary NBD was open for a 30-day public review period, which is now extended to a 45-day review period, with the review closing on Oct. 30.
