This site provides information on projects and actions being planned or analyzed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
In April 2015, BLM Utah began transitioning to the ePlanning system for all new NEPA projects. ePlanning is the BLM's national register for NEPA and Land Use Planning (LUP) documents and will replace the Utah Environmental Notification Bulletin Board (ENBB) over time.
Existing NEPA projects currently found on the ENBB will remain there unless otherwise noted. If a project is migrated from the ENBB to ePlanning, it will be assigned a new NEPA number and the existing ENBB entry will be updated to reflect the move and new number.
The ePlanning system can be accessed at: BLM National ePlanning Site
