Vernal BLM is now using the E-Planning NEPA Register for all Fiscal Year 2014 and newer NEPA document scoping and comment periods. Uintah County Class D Road - 1710 Rector Ridge Environmental Assessment
Note: BLM is not at this time actively pursuing completion of the Rector Ridge Road EA due to road damage caused by the 2012 Wolf Den Fire. When the BLM resumes processing of that county road application, the project will be posted on the E-Planning NEPA Register with a new NEPA number.
