Description: Een’oog means “old ones” in Southern Paiute. The Een’oog Trail follows the rim of the geographic formation known as Land Hill. The Santa Clara/Land Hill ACEC area was heavily used by both the Ancestral Puebloans and Southern Paiute. Numerous petroglyphs from the “old ones” are accessible for viewing from this trail. Once the trail passes the intersection with the U’waiv Trail (heading west), the Een’oog Trail becomes narrow and rocky, and has some exposure along the rim that may make it unsuitable for young children.
