Baker Dam Campground

 
The campground is in the Baker Dam Recreation Area and is located 17 miles due north of St. George, Utah, just off State Route 18. Camping, reservoir fishing, boating, and picnicking are some of the activities available at this site.  Much of the land surrounding the reservoir is private except for the southern end, which is public land.  Please view the land ownership map and respect private property.
 
Note: Campsites can NOT be reserved; they are first come first serve.
 
Campground Amenities
 
The following are available to all Recreation Area visitors:
  • Graded Dirt Access Road
  • Two Vault Toilets (ADA Compliant)
  • Dumpster
  • Self-Pay Register Boxes

Potable water is not available.

Campsite Amenities
 
There are 16 campsites, each with the following:
  • Picnic Table
  • Fire Pit with Grill
  • RV and/or Vehicle Parking
  • Tent Pad
Electrical hookups are not available.
Directions
 
From I-15 Exit 6 in St. George, Utah, head north on Bluff Street (which turns into State Route 18). Travel 24 miles and turn right onto the Baker Dam Reservoir Road. Continue .6 miles and turn right into the campground.
