Warner Ridge/Fort Pearce ACEC

Fort Pearce Wash Riparian HabitatThis 4,281 acre area is located southeast of St. George, Utah and west of Warner Valley near the Utah/Arizona state line. It contains the endangered dwarf bear-claw poppy, the threatened siler pincushion cactus, important riparian values along Fort Pearce Wash, historic sites, and highly erodible soils, all of which are at risk from extensive off-road motorized travel, unauthorized road proliferation, human encroachment, and urban development.
