Museums

A good way to learn more about archeological resources is to visit a museum.  Several museums offer information about the Ancestral Puebloans, or Anasazi.

• Museum of Peoples and Cultures - BYU - Provo, UT
• College of Eastern Utah Prehistoric Museum - Price, UT
• Utah Division of State History - Salt Lake City, UT
• Utah Field House of Natural History State Park & Museum - Vernal, UT

Most of these museums have collections and displays that originate from BLM land in the Monticello Field Office.
