Mill Canyon Trail

Length of Hike: A little over a ¼ mile walk.

Type of Hike:  The trail is constructed and easy to follow.

Area Attractions:  Interpretive Dinosaur trail, beautiful views of Determination Towers and the historic Copper Mill and the mouth of Mill Canyon.

Trailhead location: 15 miles North of Moab on US 191.  Turn left on the dirt road marked “Mill Canyon”.  Follow signs for the next 1.7 miles to the end of the road and the parking lot for the trail.

Route Description:  The Mill Canyon Dinosaur Trail is a short walk with interpretive panels along the trail. Each panel describes unique features found along the trail (dinosaur bones, petrified wood, rat middens).
