The Moab Resource Management Plan (RMP) comment period closed November 30, 2007.  The Draft RMP/EIS may be downloaded here. Hard copies are available for public inspection at the Grand County, San Juan County, Mesa County (Grand Junction, CO) and Salt Lake City public libraries, and at the Moab, Monticello, Grand Junction and Salt Lake City BLM offices.
