Little Hole Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation Project  

This ESR project was authorized in 1999 following a large fire near Westwater Canyon and the Westwater Wilderness Study Area (T. 20 S., R. 25 E.).  Approximately 3,200 acres of BLM-managed public lands were aerially seeded with species selected to outcompete cheatgrass and more capable of resisting fire.
