Wild and Scenic Rivers

Kanab is home to six river segments that are being considered for designation as Wild and Scenic Rivers (WSRs). They are:

• East Fork Virgin River (Wild)
• East Fork Virgin River (Scenic)
• Meadow Creek/Mineral Gulch
• North Fork Virgin River
• Orderville Gulch
• Paria River
