"How to Comment Effectively" -- Public comment opportunities, such as the public scoping period, allow you to be involved in BLM’s decision-making process. The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument wants to hear from you. Any and all comments are welcome. The GSENM staff wants to ensure we understand your concerns and comments. We developed the “How to Comment Effectively” fact sheet to provide information that may help you submit more effective comments.

Scoping Materials made available to the Public at the December 2013 meetings.
